The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the proposed Southern Gateway improvements on IH 35E and US 67. The FONSI, along with the Environmental Assessment, Section 4 (f), and the Public Hearing Summary and Analysis, which includes the Response to Comments, are available on the Study Map and Graphics page of this website.
Copies of these documents and transcripts from the August 2005 Public Hearings are also available for public inspection and reproduction at the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) Dallas District Library, 4777 E. Highway 80, Mesquite, TX 75150.
